The purpose of this study is to address that lean manufacturing is one of the most suitable technique which can be used in developing countries like Egypt Lean manufacturing has been the buzzword in the area of manufacturing for the past few years. Lean manufacturing aims to reduce waste in human effort and manufacturing space to become highly responsive to customer demand at the same time as producing most efficient and economical manner quality products in a cheap and easy way of implementation. This study is to identify the effect of Implementing Lean Manufacture to enhance performance in a production line. Waste problems and improvement opportunities were identified in production line in order to use lean manufacturing tools to enhance performance and taking steps towards reaching an enhanced production method to meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders. Comparative study used to identify the current and future state for production line before and after applying lean manufacturing tools to enhance the production process and clarify the improvements.Continuous improvement and mass production are the key words to develop industrial sector in Egypt which is facing great challenges more than ever nowadays, through focusing on high quality products and waste elimination, this will improve products reputation in international markets and permit local industry to lead the Egyptian economy for better future, through applying lean manufacturing tools in the work place, where lean is easy, cheap and fast methodology to achieve rapid positive changes
