The purposes of the thesis present approaches to the design of a smart control scheme methodology blends the local controllers (classical PI and the fuzzy controllers) in a smart way . This smart control scheme switching and blending mechanism depends on fuzzy logic controller that monitors the process stste and act as a supervisory to make hybrid control between the local controllers
