In a search for new cytoloxic agents with improved antitumor activity some new pyrrole pyrazole pyrimidine and pyrrolo [2,3-d] pyrimidine derivatives bearing sulfonamide moiety were synthesized . All the newly synthesized compounds were subjected to in - vitro cytotoxic screening also the synergism of the synthesized compounds with radiation was studied . These new compounds were docked in the active site of the carbonic anhydrase enzyme
