The unbalanced hypersympathetic response to body fluid depletion is related to ultrafiltration rate . Low ultrafiltration rate associated with hemodiafiltration should be the preferable strategy for uremic patients with autonomic dysfunction . Our study shows positive correlation between hemodiafiltration and heart rat variability improvement
