The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of pulsed electromagnetic field and Pilates exercises on pain, functional disability and lumbar range of motion in patients with chronic mechanical low back pain. Results: The results of this study showed that there was significanct improvement in pain, functional disability and range of motion for lumbar region; in group (A) than in group (B) with (P < 0.05). Conclusion: It was concluded that Pilates exercises combined with electromagnetic therapy is better than electromagnetic therapy alone in dealing with signs and symptoms of chronic mechanical low back pain
