Study of pathogenecity of foot-and-mouth disease virus as well as the evaluation of cell mediated immune response and its correlation with the humoral response in both FMD vaccinated mice and cattle were the aim of this work . Adult inbred BALB\C mice (138) as well as suckling outbred CDI mice (30) were used in the first experiment of this work while 21 native breed calves (6-8months) were used in the second experiment
