The study also will compare between the sensitivity and specificity of (AFP) to that of telomerase activity in diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma. Moreover to evaluate the use of telomerase activity in blood of chronic hepatitis disease patients for early detection of malignant changes hepato-carcinogenesis
