This study was carried out to determine the anti-hyperglycemic effects of soy milk, soy flour, Isoflavone using male albino rats. The obtained results can be summarized as follows: The proximate analysis of soy flour was found to be moisture 6.80 %, protein 48.37%, lipid 2.01 %, fiber 4.17%, ash 6.19 %, total carbohydrate 33.18 % Meanwhile, The proximate analysis of soy milk was found to be moisture 3.87 %, protein 41.81 %, lipid 27.04 %, ash 4.5 %, average total carbohydrate 23.78%. The concentration of total isoflavones in soy bean seed was 200.35 mg. Biological tests made on 36 male albino rats. These groups divided into 6 groups normal group and diabetic group were fed on basal diet. Other groups (diabetic group was fed on soy milk, diabetic group was fed on soy flour, diabetic group was fed on isoflavones and diabetic group was fed on dimacron30. The effect of administration of soy milk, soy flour, isoflavone and dimacron30 for a period of 8 weeks on body weight of rats and the results showed that groups fed on soy milk, soy flour, isoflavone and dimacron30 gave highest significant increase in body weight compared to normal (negative control) group. There were no significant differences in liver, kidney, pancreas, spleen and heart weight of the tested rat groups except in case of the (p. control) diabetic
