Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Prosthodontics Summary: This study was done to evaluate three treatment modalities for patients with bilateral free end saddle cases. Twenty one partially edentulous patients were chosen and divided into three equal groups. The results of this study showed: A reduction in the marginal bone height of abutments was directly proportional with the time, and it was significantly increased for patients who received the conventional partial dentures
