The results revealed that there was a statistically significant cumulative effect in bone density of both zones per time among both groups. In both groups, the rate of progress of bone density increase through the different intervals. However, the application of the gallium arsenide diode laser and Bio-Gen revealed a statistically significant value in the percentage increase of the mean bone density in both studied bony zones
