Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Agriculture - Department of Agrricultural Biochemistry Summary: A Cyclodextrin Glucanotransferase ( CGTase ) - producing bacterium was isolated from soil and water samples and identifed as Bacillus cereus N1 . The effects of nutritional requirements on the CGT ase production were carried out . Commercial grade soluble starch and yeast extracts were found to be the best carbon and nitrogen sources , respectively for production of CGT ase from Bacillus cereus N1

The effects of nutritional requirements on the CGT ase production were carried out .
