Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Biochemistry Summary: This work has been carried out to investigsated the partial deletions of the AZFc region (e.g.gr/gr , b2/b3 and b1/b3) resulting from homologous recombination betwen amplicons within the AZFc region, removing smaller numbers of genes compared to complete AZFc deletions . The exact effects of these partial AZFc deletions on spermatogenesis are still controversial
