Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Pediatrics Summary: Clinical and biochemical manifestations were evaluatted in 30 patients clinically suspected of mucopolysaccharidosis . Clinically echocardiography rvealed abnormal findings in 23 patients (76%) tricupid / mitral regurge were the most common . Dystosis multiplex were found in 28 patients (93%) and upper airway obstruction in 21 patients (70%) and hepato - splenomegaly in 16 patients (53%)

Clinical and biochemical manifestations were evaluatted in 30 patients clinically suspected of mucopolysaccharidosis . Clinically echocardiography rvealed abnormal findings in 23 patients (76%) tricupid / mitral regurge were the most common .
