This study included 114 neonates (GA >36 weeks) suffering from severe hyperbilirubinemia admitted to Abo El-Rich hospital, they subjected to intensive phototherapy (Bilisphere 360). The aim of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of 360 degree phototherapy (Intensive phototherapy) on Bilirubin Induced Neurological Dysfunction "BIND" score. We found that intensive phototherapy had markedly improved BIND score and decrease the number of the cases indicated for exchange transfusion
