In this first experiment the effect of organic acids mixtures on the growth of Aspergillus flavus and subsequently on the production of afatoxin B1 , B2 , G1 , G2 and total aflatoxin in yellow corn at 2 moisture levels was studied . Yellow corn (15 and 20% moisture ) treated with combined application of propionic acid+ acetic acid + formic acid at ratios 1:1: 2 (mixture 1 ) 1: 2: 2 (mixture 2 ) and 1: 2 : 3 (mixture 3 )
