This study was conducted to study the scale insects, Saissetia oleae and Hemiberlesia lataniae infesting olive trees and their biocontrol in Egypt. The survey revealed of 4 diaspidid species and 1 coccoid specie in Six orchards of olive trees. It was clear that S. oleae was higher in population in the 3rd season (6999 individuals / 7 branches) than the 1st and 2nd season (131 and 39 individuals/ 7 branches) respectively S. oleae nymphs considered the most abundant stage. The three abiotic factors had highly significant effect. The highest percentage of parasitism of scutellista cyanea on S. oleae was in early November. The highest percentage of parasitism of metaphycus flavus on S. oleae was in early March. H. lataniae was also studied on olive trees. Results revealed of 3 peaks. H. lataniae different stages and total population were higher in the first season 2009 - 2010
