The current studies conducted to better understand the epidemiology of HPAIV H5N1 in the commercial poultry sector in Egypt after emerging the disease in 2006 . A total 159 positive H5 farms were recorded the disesse incidence in chicken were (88%) ducks (7%) and only (4.4%) in turkey. The broiler sector incidence were (60%) layer sector (26%) and 13.2% in breeder sector
