هدف البحث الحالي إلى التحقق من فاعلية استخدام برنامج قائم على الوظائف التنفيذية لتحسين مهارات الاستعداد قبل الأكاديمي لطفل الروضة، وتكونت عينة البحث من (26) طفلًا من أطفال الروضة العاديين الذين لا يعانون من أي إعاقات، وتمّ تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين(مجموعة ضابطة) و(مجموعة تجريبية)، وتراوحت أعمارهم ما بين(5- 6) سنوات والملتحقين بالصف الثاني برياض الأطفال، واعتمد البحث على المنهج شبه التجريبي ذي المجموعتين (الضابطة والتجريبية) واشتملت أدوات البحث على اختبار المصفوفات المتتابعة الملونة لجون رافن (ترجمة وتقنين: عماد أحمد ، 2016) ، لتحقيق التكافؤ بين أفراد العينة، ومقياس المهارات قبل الأكاديمية المُصور لطفل الروضة ”إعداد الباحثة”، وبرنامج قائم على الوظائف التنفيذية لتحسين مهارات الاستعداد قبل الأكاديمي لطفل الروضة ”إعداد الباحثة، وقد أسفرت نتائج البحث عن فاعلية البرنامج القائم على الوظائف التنفيذية في تحسين مهارات الاستعداد قبل الأكاديمي لدى أطفال المجموعة التجريبية ممن يعانون من قصور في المهارات قبل الأكاديمية، كما يتضح ذلك من خلال المُتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لمجموعتي البحث (الضابطة والتجريبية) بعديًّا على مقياس المهارات قبل الأكاديمية، بالإضافة إلى استمرارية فاعلية البرنامج المقترح وأثره الإيجابى في فترة المتابعة بعد مرور ثلاثة أسابيع من التطبيق البعدي لأدوات البحث

The current research goal to verify the effectiveness of using a program based on executive functions to improve the pre-academic readiness skills of the kindergarten child, The research sample consisted of (26) normal kindergarten children who do not suffer from any disabilities and they were divided into two groups (control group) and (pilot group), and their ages ranged between (5-6) years, enrolled in the second grade of kindergarten, The researcher relied on the quasi-experimental method with two groups (control and experimental), The research tools included a John Raven’s Colored Progressive Matrices Test (Translation and Cognition: Emad Ahmed, 2016)to measure children’s IQ and achieve homogeneity among the sample members, the pre-academic skills scale for the kindergarten child ”prepared by the researcher”, and a program based on executive functions to improve the skills of pre-academic readiness for the kindergarten child ”prepared by the researcher”, The results of the research resulted in the effectiveness of the program based on executive functions in improving the pre-academic readiness skills of the children of the experimental group who suffer from lack of pre-academic skills, as evidenced by the arithmetic averages and standard deviations of the two research groups (control and experimental) dimensionally on the pre-academic skills scale, In addition to the continuity of the effectiveness of the proposed program and its positive impact in the follow-up period after three weeks of post-application of the research tools
