الحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على إمام المرسلين، وبعد...فهذه أطروحة لنيل درجة الماجستير بعنوان: [منهج ابن عباس في التشريع دراسة أصولية فقهية]. ينقسم البحث إلى مقدمة، وفصل تمهيدي ، وأربعة أبواب، وخاتمة.
المقدمة وتشمل: أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وتساؤلات البحث، ومنهج البحث ، وخطة البحث.
الفصل التمهيدي: عبد الله بن العباس حياته، وعلمه، ويشمل ترجمته، والعوامل المكونة لشخصيته العلمية
ثم كانت أبواب الرسالة الأربعة على النحو التالي:
الباب الأول: أسس التشريع عند ابن عباس، وجاء في ثلاثة فصول.
الباب الثاني: مصادر التشريع عند ابن عباس، وجاء في فصلين:
الباب الثالث: منهج ابن عباس في القواعد الأصولية والفقهية، وجاء في ثلاثة فصول:
الباب الرابع: منهج ابن عباس في القواعد الأصولية اللغوية(الدلالات)، وجاء في خمسة فصول:
الخاتمة: وتشمل نتائج البحث، وتوصيات الدراسة، والفهارس العلمية متضمنة المراجع.

Praise be to God, and prayers and peace be upon the Imam of the Messengers, and after... This is a thesis for obtaining a master's degree entitled: [Ibn Abbas's Approach to Legislation: A Fundamental and Jurisprudential Study]. The research is divided into an introduction, an introductory chapter, four chapters, and a conclusion.
The introduction includes: reasons for choosing the topic, research questions, research methodology, and research plan.
The introductory chapter: Abdullah Ibn al-Abbas, his life, his knowledge, including his translation, and the factors constituting his scholarly personality
Then the four sections of the message were as follows:
Chapter One: The foundations of legislation according to Ibn Abbas, and it is presented in three chapters.
Chapter Two: Sources of legislation according to Ibn Abbas. It is presented in two chapters:
Chapter Three: Ibn Abbas’s approach to fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules, presented in three chapters:
Chapter Four: Ibn Abbas's Approach to Fundamental Linguistic Rules (Semantics), and it came in five chapters:
Conclusion: It includes the research results, study recommendations, and scientific indexes including references.
