Summary: يهدف البحث الحالية إلى أعداد برنامج إرشادي يعمل علي تخفيف اضطراب ضغط ما بعد الصدمة لدي أسر أطفال متلازمة داون وتكونت عينة الدراسة من مجموعة تجريبية تتكون من (5) من أمهات الأطفال ذوي متلازمة داون وقد اشتملت أدوات الدراسة علي مقياس اضطراب ضغط ما بعد الصدمة والبرنامج الارشادي وقد توصلت النتائج إلى أنه: 1- توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون قبل وبعد تطبيق البرنامج الارشادي علي مقياس ضغط ما بعد الصدمة في اتجاه القياس البعدي.لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب درجات أمهات أطفال متلازمة داون في القياسين البعدي والتتبعي علي مقياس ضغط ما بعد الصدمةSummary: The current study aims to prepare a counseling program that works to alleviate post-traumatic stress disorder in families of children with Down syndrome. The study sample consisted of an experimental group consisting of (5) mothers of children with Down syndrome. The study tools included the PTSD scale and the counseling program. The results concluded that: 1. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the post-traumatic stress scale dimensions for mothers of children with Down syndrome in the experimental group in the pre and post measurements. 2. There are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the post-traumatic stress scale dimensions for mothers of children with Down syndrome in the experimental group in the post-traumatic and follow-up measurements.
