هدف البحث إلى تنمية التحصيل والمهارات الحياتية (اتخاذ القرار) والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي بدولة الكويت، من خلال تصميم برنامج مقترح في العلوم قائم على معايير العلوم للجيل القادم (NGSS)، وللتحقق من فاعليته تم إعداد مادتي البحث التعليميتين " كراسة نشاط التلميذ ودليل المعلم، وإعداد أدوات البحث "الاختبار التحصيلي، ومقياس اتخاذ القرار، ومقياس مهارات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات"، وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي؛ لإعداد البرنامج ومادتيه التعليميتين وأدوات البحث، واستخدام المنهج التجريبي من خلال التصميم شبه التجريبي ذو المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة مع التطبيقين القبلي والبعدي لأدوات البحث؛ للتأكد من فاعلية البرنامج المقترح في تنمية التحصيل والمهارات الحياتية(اتخاذ القرار) ومهارات الحل الإبداعي للمشكلات لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس الابتدائي، وشملت مجموعتي البحث (66) تلميذةً من تلميذات الصف الخامس الابتدائي بدولة الكويت، وأسفرت عن وجود حجم تأثير كبير وفاعلية للبرنامج المقترح القائم على معايير العلوم للجيل القادم (NGSS) في تنمية التحصيل والمهارات الحياتية(اتخاذ القرار) والحل الإبداعي للمشكلات في مادة العلوم لدى تلاميذ الصف الخامس بدولة الكويت في ، وأوصت الباحثة بضرورة استخدام برامج قائمة على معايير العلوم للجيل القادم (NGSS)؛ لتنمية العديد من نواتج التعليم والتعلم لدى المتعلمين في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة.

The research aimed to develop achievement and life skills (decision-making) and creative solution to problems among fifth grade pupils in the State of Kuwait, through the design of a proposed program in science based on the standards of science for the next generation (NGSS), and to verify its effectiveness, the two educational research materials were prepared "pupil activity booklet and teacher's guide, and the preparation of research tools "achievement test, and decision-making scale, The descriptive approach was used to prepare the program, its two educational materials and research tools, and the experimental approach was used through the semi-experimental design with experimental and control groups with the pre- and post-applications of research tools to ensure the effectiveness of the proposed program in developing achievement, life skills (decision-making) and creative problem-solving skills Fifth grade primary pupils, and the two research groups included (66) female pupils of the fifth grade of primary school in the State of Kuwait, and the results resulted in a large size effect and effectiveness of the proposed program based on science standards for the next generation (NGSS) in the development of achievement and life skills (decision-making) and creative problem solving in science among fifth grade pupils in the State of Kuwait in, and the researcher recommended the need to use programs based on science standards for the next generation (NGSS)To develop many teaching and learning outcomes among learners at different educational stages.
