هدف البحث الحالى إلى الكشف عن البناء النفسي للأطفال المحرومين من الأسر الطبيعية "دراسة كلينية"، وتكونت العينة من (6) أطفال منقسمين إلى (3) ذكور و(3) إناث من إطفال المؤسسات الإيوائية تتراوح اعمارهم ما بين (4-6) سنوات، وقد اشتملت أدوات البحث على بطاقة دراسة الحالة (إعداد د/ سهير كامل، 2021)، والمقابلة الكلينيكة واختبار تفهم الموضوع للصغار (CAT) (إعداد بيللاك ليوبولد، تقنين/ محمد حطاب ،2012).
وتوصلت الباحثة إلى أن الحرمان الأسرى أدى إلى ظهور تدنى صورة الذات الشديد، وفقدان الثقة بالنفس، وانعدام الاحساس بالأمان والحزن والكآبة والمشاحنات والصراعات القائمة بين الاطفال داخل الدار، والتى أدت بهم إلى القلق النفسي الدائم، والتى قد تؤدى ببعضهم إلى الاكتئاب النفسي.

The aim of the current research is to reveal the psychological construction of children deprived of normal families, a "clinical study", and the sample consisted of (6) children divided into (3) males and (3) females from children of residential institutions ranging in age from (4-6) years, and the research tools were based on the case study card (prepared by Dr. Sohair Kamel, 2021), the clinical interview and Children's Apperception Test (CAT) (Prepared by Bellac Leopold, Legalization/ Mohamed Khattab, 2012).
The researcher concluded that the parental deprivation led to the appearance of severe low self-image, loss of self-confidence, lack of a sense of security, sadness, depression, quarrels and conflicts between the children inside the home, which led them to permanent psychological anxiety, which may lead some to psychological depression.
