يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تأثير استخدام الوحدات سابقه التجهيز على تصميم وتنفيذ مدارس التعليم الأساسي ودراسة مدى إمكانية تطبيق نظم سبق التجهيز بمحافظة جنوب سيناء وخاصة في الأماكن البدوية المتباعدة ومدى ملائمتها للطبيعة المحيطة وذلك لأهمية مرحلة التعليم الأساسي التي تعد مرحلة تأسيسية وتربوية وذات أهمية واضحة في غرس بذور التعليم والتعلم لدى الأطفال وتأهيلهم لاستيعاب متطلبات التنمية ومواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية في جميع المجالات المستهدفة وباعتبار أن جنوب سيناء احدى محاور التنمية التي وضعتها الدولة ضمن أولوياتها نظرا لأهميتها الاستراتيجيةوالجغرافية والاقتصادية حيثتمثل العمق الاستراتيجي لمصر. نظرا لطبيعة جنوب سيناء الخاصة وامتداد مساحتها وتباعد مناطق تمركز السكان فإن منظومة التنمية تفرض حلولا غير تقليدية ورؤية أكثر مرونة في تناول عمليتي توطين الخدمة التعليمية وتطوير فكرها التصميمي وفي إطار حل هذه المشكلة وتحقيقالاستفادة من التطور التكنولوجيوالتقني فإن الاعتماد على نظم سبق التجهيز يشكل مدخلا هاما في إيجاد حلول سريعة لخدمه هذا الغرض يعتمد على سرعه تصميم وتنفيذ مدارس مرحلةالتعليم الأساسي بما يتلاءم مع طبيعة الأوضاع الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتركيبة السكانية والطبيعة الجغرافية الجيولوجية للمنطقة تحقيقا لبرامج التنمية التي تستهدف الإنسان والمكان والتنميةالمستقبلية لسيناء. تختص الدراسة بتحديد المشكلات التي تواجه العملية التعليمية بمنطقة جنوب سيناء وذلك لاختلاف طبيعتها عن المشكلات التي تعاني منها باقي المدن المصرية مما يفرض توسيع قاعدة المعلومات المطلوبة المرتبطة بالجوانب الثقافية والتراثية والقيم الإنسانية والتقاليد والعادات الحاكمة للتجمعات، بالإضافة إلى دراسة الجوانب المادية المتمثلة في الاقتصاد والثروات المتاحة والطبيعة الجيولوجية والبنية التحتية وكلها تشكل الشبكة المترابطة الممثلة لقاعدة المعلومات. تتناول الدراسة التعرف على التجارب الدولية والمحلية التي تتناسب مع طبيعة المكان والسكان لمنطقة جنوب سيناء في ظل تطبيق أنظمة الوحدات سابقه التجهيز وتأثيرها علىتصميم مدارس التعليم الأساسي بجنوب سيناء لتعظيم الاستفادةمنها ومن ثم التوصل للمخرجات العملية والنتائج البحثية لمنهج تطوير مدارس التعليم الأساسيبجنوب سيناءالمعتمد على الوحدات سابقه التجهيز.

This research aims to study the use of the prefabricated units and their impact on the design and implementation of the basic educations’ schools, and a study capable of implementing these systems in South Sinai governorate. Due to the importance of the basic education stage, which is a stage of establishment and learning for children. Considering that South Sinai is one of the development axes that the government has set among its priorities due to its strategic, geographical and economic importance, as it represents the strategic depth of Egypt and is our gateway to the future.
Due to the special nature of South Sinai and the extent of its area and the spacing of areas of population concentration, the development system imposes unconventional solutions and a more flexible vision in dealing with the two processes of localizing the educational service and developing its design thinking and in the context of solving this problem and making use of technological and technical development relying on prefabricated systems constitutes an important entry point for finding quick solutions to serve this purpose, which depends on the fast design and implementation of basic education schools in line with the nature of the economic and social conditions, demographics and the geographical nature of the region, in order to achieve development programs that target people, the place and the future development of Sinai.
The study is concerned with identifying the problems facing the educational process in the South Sinai region, due to their different nature from the problems experienced by the rest of the Egyptian cities, which requires expanding the required information base related to cultural and heritage aspects, human values, traditions and customs governing the communities, in addition to studying the material aspects of the economy, available wealth and nature. Geology and infrastructure, all of which constitute the interconnected network that represents the information base.
The study deals with identifying international and local experiences that are commensurate with the nature of the place and population of the South Sinai region in light of the application of prefabricated unit systems and their impact on the design of basic education schools in South Sinai to maximize the benefit from them and then reach the practical outputs and research results of the curriculum for the development of basic education schools in South Sinai based on Prefabricated units.
