تعد المراكز الثقافية الأجنبية أحد أهم الروافد الثقافية التي تعتمد عليها الدول في نقل ثقافتها إلى الدول المضيفة حيث تهدف هذه المراكز في الأساس إلى بناء جسور معرفية وحضارية بين البلد الذي تمثله والبلد الذي تعمل به، وتقوم المراكز الثقافية الأجنبية في مصر بدور مهم وحيوي في تنمية التعاون الثقافي والحضاري كما تساهم في صناعة المعرفة فهي تشكل جسرًا تنتقل عبره ثقافة وفنون وآداب تلك المجتمعات.ونظرًا لأهمية الدور الثقافي والمعرفي الذي تؤديه هذه المراكز وجب إلقاء الضوء على طبيعة وخصائص المنتج الثقافي لهذه المراكز لتكوين مصدرًا موثوقًا للأنشطة الثقافية النوعية والمتميزة التي تقدّمها تلك المراكز ودورها في صناعة وإثراء المعرفة في المجتمع المصري وذلك بالتطبيق على المركز الثقافي الروسي بالقاهرة لكونه علامة من علامات الحياة الثقافية في مصر، وتعتمد الدراسة في تحقيق ذلك على كلٍ من المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج دراسة الحالة.

Foreign cultural centers are considered one of the most important cultural tributaries that rely on countries in the transfer of culture to the host countries where these centers aimed primarily at building bridges of knowledge and civilization of the country posed by the country in which they operate, and the foreign cultural centers in Egypt , an important and vital role in the development of cooperation cultural and civilization also contribute to its role in the knowledge industry , they form Bridge a move through which culture and arts and literature of those communities. The view of the importance of cultural and knowledge tastiest me to play these centers role should shed light on the nature and characteristics of the documentary producer for these centers to create a reliable source of the cultural activities of quality and excellence provided by these centers and their role in the industry and enrich the knowledge of the Egyptian society and that the application of the cultural center Russian in Cairo being a sign of the cultural life in Egypt, and in the study is based on the achievement of both descriptive and analytical approach and the methodology of the case study.
