تهدف الدراسة إلى رصد وتحليل وظائف منصات الوصول الحر لأعمال المؤتمرات والحلول التي تقدمها لدعم نشر وفهرسة أعمال المؤتمرات في المستودعات العالمية وتوثيقهـا فـي البلوك تشين، وإبراز المؤتمرات الطبية في مصر في الفترة من 2015 – 2020 مـن حيـث مؤشراتها العددية وتخصصاتها وأهم موضوعاتها ومدى تواترها، بهدف تحديـد مـدي تواجد تلك المؤتمرات في هذه المنصات، وتنتهي الدراسة بتصميم منصة وصول حُر مصرية لأعمال المؤتمرات الطبية وتوثيقها في البلوك تشين، مع تقديم تصور مقترح لتطـوير منصـة المؤتمرات المصرية ببنـك المعرفة المصري، واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي باستخدام أسلوب تحليل المحتوى لتحليل المنصات محل الدراسة من خلال قائمة المراجعة، جماعات التركيز، ويَكْمُن الهدف الرئيسي للدراسة تقديم تصور مقترح لتطوير منصة المؤتمرات المصرية ببنك المعرفة المصري.

The study aims to monitor and analyze the functions of open access platforms for conference proceedings and the solutions they provide to support the publication and indexing of conference proceedings in global repositories and their documentation in Blockchain, and to highlight medical conferences in Egypt in the period from 2015 - 2020 in terms of their numerical indicators, specializations, most important topics, and frequency, with the aim of determining The extent of the presence of these conferences on these platforms, and the study ends with designing an Egyptian open access platform for medical conference proceedings and documenting them in Blockchain, while presenting a proposed vision for developing the Egyptian conferences platform in the Egyptian Knowledge Bank. The study used the descriptive analytical approach using the content analysis method to analyze the platforms under study through Checklist, focus groups. The main objective of the study is to present a proposed vision for developing the Egyptian Conferences Platform at the Egyptian Knowledge Bank.
