Material and methods: 199 patients with Graves {u2018}disease group A receiving low dose RAI131 dose (8-12 mCi) and group B high dose (13-18 mCi). Result: No statistically significant difference between low and high dose in patient with mild or moderate thyroid enlargement P value = 0.138 after follow-up after one year. Conclusion: Low RAI131 doses)8-12mci) optimal for patient with mild thyroid enlargement gland
