( Thamar , Hodidah and Sana'a ) . The trehalose gene is found in a wide range of organisms such as bacterial , yeast , fungi , plants and animal's kingdoms . Unique biochemical and physical properties making the nonreducing disaccharide , trehalose a good protectant against various stresses ( temperature and pH )
