The present study was performed to estimate arterial wall stiffness and early atherosclerosis in scleroderma (SSc) patients and its relation to disease parametres and traditional risk factors . Conclusion Our finding confirm an increased pervalence of macrvascular disease in SSc patients as assessed by significant impairment of FMD flow change and ccIMT and it seems to be associated with traditional cardiovascular risk factors as age dyslipidemia and obesity (BMI) and also associated with use of steroids and markers of inflammation such as CRP and ESR level
