The limitations due to the critical nature of the patient at the time of injury, the pain they might be going through, and the lack of a definite positive correlation between clinical examination and surgical intervention has always been a difficult task to overcome. Proper diagnosis and inevitably treatment as well is virtually impossible with out detailed careful radiographic images first
