Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - National Cancer Institute - Department of Oncolgy-Medical Summary: The aim is to study the HCC among patients presenting to TCC in respect to incidence rates , stage, pathological features, treatment modalities and their outcomes, and survival. Most of our patients presented with advanced disease and the median OS was 25 weeks ( 95 % CI : 20 - 30 ) . Chemotherapy ( FU / LV ) had no survival impact in the current study and extra hepatic extension and LN metastasis was found to be independent predictor poor prognosis
