Patients were treated by conventional radiotherapy throughout the whole treatment conformal radiotherapy throughout the whole treatment or by mixing both techniques during different phases of treatment . Adjunct to such analysis dosimetric study showing different dose distribution and rates of urinary baldder and rectal volume sparing when using conventional conformal or intensity modulated radiotherapy and igrt for the same patient
