Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Medicine - Department of Pediatrics Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the physiological changes induced by light and noise on healthy grower preterm neonates. This study included 100 preterm neonates categorized as noise group (50 neonates) was exposed to noise for 10 minutes and light group (50 neonates) was exposed to cycled light. We found that noise exposure causes significant changes of all vital data except temperature and after switching light to dim intensity there was significant changes of all vital data except temperature
