Aim: This clinical study aims to evaluate the accuracy of computer-guided zygomatic implant placement associated with customized drill guides.
Methodology: In this study, 6 patients with a severely atrophic upper arch without teeth were included. Each patient received 2 conventional implants in the anterior maxilla and 2 zygomatic implants on either side in the zygomatic bone. The conventional and zygomatic implants were all surgically drilled using a computer-guided approach and computer-guided stent. A clinical and radiographic follow-up was conducted for each patient.
Results: The success rate of zygomatic implants was 100%. For Zygomatic implants and conventional implants, the mean and standard deviation values of coronal deviation were 2.18 ±0.69 mm. the standard deviation values of apical deviation were 2.57 ±1.17 mm, the standard deviation values of vertical deviation were 1.43 ±0.81 mm, the standard deviation values of implant stability deviation were 67.33 ±5.32 mm.
Conclusion: The reconstruction of the atrophic maxilla made use of zygomatic implants in conjunction with conventional implants under the guidance of virtual computer planning and surgery, which allowed for precise, safe, graft-free, minimally invasive surgery and high patient satisfaction.

الهدف من إجراء البحث:-
تهدف هذه الدراسة السريرية إلى تقييم دقة وضع الزيجوماتية الموجهة بالكمبيوتر والمرتبطة بمفاتيح الحفر الموجهة المخصصة.
الاجراءات العملية في هذه الدراسة :-
تم استخدام نموذجين من قوالب الريزن المطبوعة ثلاثية الأبعاد للفك السفلي ، وتم تثبيت أربعة غرسات ، في كلا القالبين ، تم تثبيت غرستين من الأمام في منطقة القاطع الجانبي بشكل ثنائي متوازٍ مع بعضهما البعض ، والآخران مثبتان في الخلف في منطقة الضاحك الثانية بشكل ثنائي بزاوية 25 درجة في قالب واحد و 45 درجة في القالب الآخر باستخدام دليل جراحي مطبوع ثلاثي الأبعاد.
مقاييس النتائج: -
في هذه الدراسة، تم تضمين 6 مرضى يعانون من ضمور شديد في القوس العلوي بدون أسنان. تلقى كل مريض غرستين تقليديتين في الفك العلوي الأمامي و 2 غرسات زيجوماتية على كلا الجانبين في العظم الوجني. تم حفر الغرسات الوجنية جراحيًا باستخدام نهج موجه بالكمبيوتر ودعامات موجهة بالكمبيوتر. تم إجراء متابعة إكلينيكية وشعاعية لكل مريض.

الاستنتاجات
استخدام الغرسات الوجنية مع الغرسات التقليدية
كان استخدام التخطيط الافتراضي والجراحة الموجهين بالكمبيوتر مفيدًا لإعادة الإعمار
من ضمور الفك العلوي مما يسمح بإجراء جراحة دقيقة وآمنة وأقل توغلاً
قدمت إرضاءً عاليًا للمرضى.
