Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine - Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Summary: Twenty patients were selected for the present study from the Outpatient Clinic, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Oral and Dental Medicine , Cairo University. Patients' ages ranged from 20 to 40 years means age 30 years male: female ratio was 1:1.All the patients were diagnosed that they have cystic lesions in anterior maxillary area of diameter ranging between 2-3 centimeters which would creat intrabony defect after cyst enucleation
