As regards oral lichen planus specimens in group II , both reosive and atrophic variants showed more intense immunoreactions than papular variant . The mean epithelial thickness in a descending manner was higher in the papular oral lichen planus , then the control group , the atrophic oral lichen planus and the least the erosive form
