Cervical radiculopathy is caused by nerve root compression, as a result of herniation of disc, resulting in pain, motor weakness and numbness in upper limb and neck. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of neural mobilization In cervical radiculopathy. Thirty patients with cervical radiculopathy (mean age 32.66 ± 3.49 years, height 167.53 ± 4.65 cm, weight 82.8 ± 5.07 kg, and BM 23.29 ± 1.09 kg / m2) participated in this study. Patients were assigned randomly into two equal groups; group A received neural mobilization plus traditional physical therapy and group B received same traditional physiotherapy; each group being composed of 15 cervical radiculopathy patients resulted from cervical disc bulge. Data of visual analogue scale (VAS), neck disability index (NDI) and Hand grip strength were collected from each patient in both groups pre and post physiotherapy program
