These tools are controlled manually by the surgeons from outside the human body . A specialist operator controls the videoscope (laparoscope) to capture the surgery area which is displayed on a momitor . The laparoscope operator sometimes tracks wrong areas which may pause the surgery because of misconception between surgeons and laparoscope operator
