This study was done to compare acrylic resin and metal (Co-Cr) when used as a denture base material for mandibular immediately loaded implant supported hybrid prosthesis with bilateral distal cantilevers opposed by a conventional complete denture. Four interforaminal implants were utilized in which the two anteriors were upright and parallel and the two posteriors were distally tilted to emerge at the second premolar region. Ten completely edentulous medically free male patients were incorporated in the study, they were grouped into two groups one of which receiving the acrylic temporary restoration and the other receiving the metallic framework prosthesis.
