Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.) - Cairo University - Faculty Of Veterinary Medicine - Department Of Microbiology , Bacteriology , Mycology and Immunology Summary: Myoplasma galliseptcum could be detected by culture , isolation and PCR procedures.The present study revealed that the highest incidence of MG isolation from tracheal swabs (19.7 percent) followed by the trachea and lung samples in an incidence of 12.9 percent and 4.7 percent respectively
