The purpose of this study was to compare the shaping ability in terms of canal transportation, centering ability and cleaning ability in terms of debris,smear layer removal of the ProTaper Next, Revo-S and M Pro Nickel Titanium rotary system.Thirty nine mandibular molar tooth were selected and access cavity was done using round bur and Endo Z bur. A size #10 K file was inserted in the mesiobuccal root canals to check patency. Only patent canals were included in the study. Radiograph were taken for each sample with file #15 in the canal and the curvature angle was measured according to Schneider{u2019}s method. Mesiobuccal root canal whose curvature angle ranged between 20{u02DA}-40{u02DA} degrees were selected. All samples were decoranated at the cemento-enamel junction and distal roots were resected at the level of furcation from all teeth using diamond disk mounted on low speed straight hand piece.The mesial roots length were measured to obtain a standardized root length of 16mm.
