It aims to recommend an effective tool that can regulate the loss of agriculture land. Moreover, it studies offering an adequate alternative to land owners and residents as well as developers in order to orient development in target areas. This thesis studies how to achieve sustainability in Eco - cities. This is discussed through preserving eco-lands and agriculture farmlands within the cities. Development forces acts as a threat to those eco - lands. Moreover, the renovation of city urban areas aims to increase their quality standards in order to maintain the sustainability of those areas
