Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.)-Cairo University, 2024. Summary: A Visual Analogue Scale was used for the assessment of pain, a universal goniometer for ROM of the wrist, a hand dynamometer for hand grip strength, and Moberg Pick-Up Test (MPUT) for hand skills. The Boston Carpal Tunnel Questionnaire (BCTQ) is used to evaluate hand function. Results: There was significant improvement in all clinical measures in both groups (p < 0.05). The experimental group showed a statistically significant improvement in wrist flexion ROM, wrist functional impairment, hand grip power, and pain intensity compared to the control group. There was a significant improvement in wrist extension ROM, wrist ulnar and radial deviation ROM and hand skills that were equivalent to the control groupSummary: شملت هذه الدراسة ستة وثلاثين مريضاً تتراوح أعمارهم بين 30 إلى 45 عاماً من الجنسين (الذكور9 والإناث 27). تم تقسيمهم بشكل عشوائي إلى مجموعتين متساويتين. تلقى المرضى في المجموعة (أ) برنامج العلاج الطبيعي التاهيلي فقط الذي يحتوي علي العلاج بالموجات فوق الصوتية، وتمارين انزلاق الأعصاب والأوتار، وتمارين تقوية اليد بينما تلقى المرضى في المجموعة (ب) برنامج العلاج الطبيعي التاهيلي بالاضافة الي كينيسيوتاب، وكانت الجلسات تقدم بمعدل ثلاث جلسات أسبوعياً لمدة تلاثة اسابيع، وقد تم استخدام VAS لقياس شدة الألم، ومنقلة الزوايا لقياس المدى الحركى لمفصل المعصم، و استخدام استبيان بوسطن (النسخه العربية) لتقييم الإعاقة الوظيفية، واستخدام جهاز قوة اليد لتقييم قوة قبضة اليد، بالاضافه الي استخدام اختبار مومبرج لتقييم مهارات اليد للمرضى قبل بداية العلاج وفى نهايته.
