The current study was carried out to evaluate the toxic effect of Al on some hematological , biochemical parameters and the pathological changes in the tissues of liver, kidneys, brain and testis.Sixty male Albino rat rats were selected to determine the adverse effects of aluminum toxicity, they were divided into 3 groups 20 rats each the first group served as control while the 2nd and 3rd groups were administrated 1/10 and 1/20 LD50 of aluminum chloride in drinking water respectively for successive 4 months, five rats from each g roup were sacrificed at monthly interval blood on anticoagulant, serum samples and tissue speciemens (liver, kidney , brain and testis ) were collected. Results recorded normocytic normochromic anemia and leukocytosis. The biochemical analysis showed decrease in total protein and albumin while (ALT), (AST), Urea and creatinine showed significant increase. Concerning the histopathology there were sever degenerative changes in liver, kidney, heart, spleen, brain and testis
