DNA fingerprinting showed 95 fragments, the primers OPM-04 and OPQ-04 can be used for the identification of the plant at the genetic level

Chorisia insignis HBK., white floss silk tree, ( family bombacaceae ) is native to south America, peru, Brazil and Argentina. it is a perennial deciduous plant. the present work includes macro and micro-morphological features of the plant. DNA fingerprinting showed 95 fragments, the primers OPM-04 and OPQ-04 can be used for the identification of the plant at the genetic level
