Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Graduate Studies for Statistical Research - Department of Statistical Quality Control and Quality Assurance Summary: Purpose/Aim{u2013} This thesis intends to develop a practical model to be the road map for companies that are willing to apply Industry 4.0 technologies (in their systems from a Total Quality Management perspective. The current thesis also introduces importance to the factors that were not discussed in previous studies, such as the new concept to the quality in Industry 4.0 era "Quality 4.0". Design/methodology/approach{u2013} The field of this study was the businesses adopting Industry 4.0 technologies from the Total Quality Control perspective, that are able to be applied in the global market especially the Egyptian companies. In arrange to attain this objective; a survey was done as a data collection strategy. Certain numbers of surveys were sent to the related Egyptian company. At that point, the recurrence, positioning, relationship, investigation procedures were utilized to analyze the data gathering. Main findings: The correlations{u2018} strength between increasing the customers' satisfaction and applying the practical model of Industry 4.0 in the Egyptian company "X", which allows an in-depth analysis of technology-specific effects based on the developed practical model. Implications for theory and practice: This thesis effectively supports the implementation of Industry 4.0 within the Total Quality Control the reduction of costs, and increases the in customers satisfaction
