Dissertation note: Thesis (Ph.D.) - Cairo University - Faculty of Science - Department of Analytical Chemistry Summary: In this study, a comparison between modified and in situ screen printed (SPE) and carbon paste (CPE) electrodes was described for determination of naphazoline hydrochloride in pure and pharmaceutical formulations. The screen printed electrodes were characterized and optimized with respect to the main experimental patrameters affecting the electrode performance, including composition, pH, temperature, response time and interferences in comparison to carbon paste electrodes
