Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is one of the most common peripheral nerve entrapment syndromes in the upper limb, causing sensory and motor disturbances in the hand . It has been increasing over the past two decades and CTS is a known cause of work disability. This study showed the feasibility safety and cheapness of the splinting as an additional tool in treating CTS patients
