This study aimed to monitoring ecosystems pollution in Beni suef and Al Qalyubia governorates in Egypt during 2018 and 2019. Six different studied sites in two governorates Beni suef and Al Qalyubia ( three sites of each governorate ) were investigated: The three studied sites in Beni suef governorate were ( El wasta , Biba and El fashn ) but The three studied sites in Al Qalyubia governorate were ( Shubra , El Qanater and Kafr Shukr (. The studied ecosystem components were water, sediment, aquatic weeds and fishes. The samples were analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detector (ECD).Generally, total levels of OCPs residues (ppm) in water were found to be higher in Beni suef governorate comparing with Al Qalyubia governorate in spring and autumn seasons.While, in summer season it was higher in Al Qalyubia governorate comparing with Beni suef governorate.but in winter season were found to be only in Al Qalyubia governorate. In sediments were foud to be higher in Beni suef governorate comparing with Al Qalyubia governorate in autumn , winter and spring seasons. But in summer season were found to be only in Al Qalyubia governorate. In aquatic weeds showed that higher levels in Beni suef governorate comparing with Al Qalyubia governorate in autumn and spring seasons. But in summer season it was higher in Al Qalyubia governorate comparing with Beni suef governorate. While, in winter season it was detected only in Beni suef governorate . In fish muscles showed that high levels in Beni suef governorate comparing with Al Qalyubia governorate in autumn season. But in winter season it was higher in Al Qalyubia governorate comparing with Beni suef governorate. While, in spring and summer seasons were found to be only in Beni suef governorate
