This study is a retrospective study that included 714 patients to evaluate the efficacay and tolerability of two different types of chemotherapy regimens as first line treatment in metastatic breast cancer patients who have received anthracyclines containing regimen in adjuvant setting . The first one is Group - A ( 344 patients ) : Taxanes containing regimens recycle D 22 while the second one is Group - B (370 patients ) : vinorelbine 25mg / m2 D1 & d8 and 5FU 600mg / m2 D1 & D8 recycle D22
