Dissertation note: Thesis (M.Sc.)-Cairo University, 2023. Summary: This study was conducted on 40 patients with Cervical myofascial pain syndrome both sex with their age from (20-60) years old. They were divided randomly into two groups equal in number: Group A (control group): received physical therapy sessions only (Isometric exercise and stretching exercises for cervical region) for 5 sessions per week for a period of 3 weeks. Group B (study group): received low level laser therapy (GA–As–Al diode laser device) with wavelength 830nm on three trigger points bilaterally of cervical region for 5 sessions per week for 3 weeks as well as the previous program of physical therapy in group A.Summary: اجريت الدراسة علي "أربعون مريضا" من الجنسين وأعمارهم تراوحت بين 20 - 60 سنة يعانون من متلازمة آلام اللفافة العضلية بالرقبة. تم تقسيمهم عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين متساويتين في العدد: المجموعة أ: (المجموعة الضابطة): تضمنت 20 مريضًا تلقوا جلسات العلاج الطبيعي فقط (تمرين متساوي القياس وتمارين الإطالة) لمدة 5 جلسات في الأسبوع لمدة 3 أسابيع. المجموعة ب: (مجموعة الدراسة) : تضمنت 20 مريضًا تلقوا علاجًا بالليزر منخفض المستوى بطول موجي: 830 نانومتر وخرج الطاقة: 58 ميجا واط / سم على ثلاث نقاط انطلاق ثنائية من منطقة الرقبة لمدة 5 جلسات في الأسبوع لمدة 3 أسابيع بالإضافة إلى برنامج العلاج الطبيعي السابق .
